CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

I understand that making space for this work requires time, preparation, and intention.

Because spaces for private and small-group experiences are limited and require significant time to plan and prepare for, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings.

PRIVATE & GROUP JOURNEYS

Payment in full is due 30 days before the scheduled journey.

Cancellation 30 or more days before the journey

If you need to cancel 30 or more days before your scheduled journey, you may receive a credit for the amount paid toward a future journey.

The credit may be applied toward a future journey offered by Journey to Heal and is subject to availability.

Cancellation less than 30 days before the journey

If you cancel within 30 days of your scheduled journey, 50% of the amount paid may be applied as a credit toward a future journey.

The remaining 50% is retained because the reserved space may no longer be able to be filled.

Credits are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Rescheduling

Journey dates are intentionally held and prepared for in advance, so rescheduling is generally not available.

Exceptions may be made in cases of serious illness, hospitalization, or other significant emergency, at my discretion.

If an exception is made, I will work with you to determine the best available option.

PRIVATE MENTORSHIP

Private mentorship requires a minimum three-month commitment.

Because mentorship involves reserving ongoing time and space for our work together, payments are non-refundable once processed.

At the end of the initial three-month commitment, you may choose to conclude the mentorship or continue for an additional three-month period.

IF I NEED TO CANCEL

If I need to cancel or am unable to provide a scheduled experience, you will have the option to:

  • receive a full refund of the amount paid, or

  • reschedule for another available date.

I will communicate with you as soon as possible if a cancellation becomes necessary.

EXCEPTIONS

I understand that life sometimes brings circumstances that cannot be anticipated.

I may make exceptions to this policy in cases involving serious illness, hospitalization, or significant emergency.

Having a cold or flu is not an emergency and I am not afraid of germs.

Exceptions are considered individually and are not guaranteed.
